Sandra Falzarano, Senior ISV Partner Support Program Manager, at Red Hat is responsible for the success of Red Hat’s global partner support relationships with a focus on Independent Software Vendors and multi-vendor support. Collaboration is a core tenant of the open source way and Sandra recognizes the value of TSANet as the world’s largest collaborative support community when working toward the resolution of mutual customer support issues.
Sandra joined Red Hat in 2014 where she became a champion of TSANet for Red Hat support stakeholders and strategic partners. As program owner, Sandra works to continuously promote the benefits of the TSANet collaboration tools to Red Hat support engineers. She actively participates in onboarding TSANet members by providing content best practice guidance while also ensuring custom process documentation remains relevant and current.
Red Hat was the first company to adopt TSANet case exchange, a feature which has significantly enhanced streamlining how engineers collaborate today. In addition to demonstrating the value of case exchange, Sandra works directly with partners to assist with integration testing upon implementation.
Prior to working at Red Hat, Sandra served 15 years at various Fortune 500 companies working to improve the customer experience and technical enablement of customers. Since joining Red Hat, she has shown her passion for ensuring world class support is provided to Red Hat’s strategic partners. By joining the board, Sandra plans to lend her industry expertise to further expand how technology companies collaborate and thrive in a rapidly changing environment. By applying open source framework and the inherent value of collaboration, Sandra hopes to contribute to the evolution of TSANet as the community continues on its journey as an indispensable multi vendor collaboration tool.
