General
There are two elements to establishing a relationship within TSANet structure.
First, each member signs an industry standard document referred to as a Code of Conduct. In addition, there are Addendums to the Codes that establish different support elements for different relationships. These relationships are formed either as Open or Customized. Please see the Relationships tab for more information.
Second, each member has access to the TSANet database. This database contains the processes, procedures, escalation points and other pertinent data to allow members to collaborate with each other. The database allows member a single point to establish contact with other members and update this important information. Please see the screen to the left as an example of the TSANet database.
TSANet pricing varies by type and quantity of relationship(s) and global regions. Generally, annual membership fees begin at $2,500 USD and go up based on member implementation.
Relationships
TSANet relationships are broken into two categories. Open Group Relationships and Customized Group Relationships. Open Groups are Many-to-Many relationships meaning a member joins into an Open Group and establishes relationships with every one in the group. Each Open Group has qualifications and guidelines that each member is obligated to meet and must abide by.
