TSANet recently participated in the creation of an open customer metrics framework that promises to change the way we think about customer support. Working with the team at Klever and 12 other companies the team put together the first version of this framework.

One of the enhancements added to the member web in 2015 was the ability to post Internal Notes. This is a powerful feature that can help streamline your users experience. The Internal Note is a very quick way for you to let your support staff know something about that area or specific page in the TSANet database.
