TSANet Connect – December 2023 Release

The 20th version of TSANet Connect is now live!  This release includes bug fixes and new functionality that will be part of TSANet Connect 2.0.

Improvements to this release include:

  • TSANet Connect 2.0 Integration Framework is now live in Beta!
  • Fixed issue with Partner Sign-up using credit card as payment
  • Fixed issue with export to excel on reporting page
  • Fixed issue with outbound BCC not included on email escalation alert
  • Improved notification for cases pending information requested state
  • Fixed issue with password reset feature
  • Fixed issue where an account could be created with an existing email domain
  • Fixed issue where some company logos were not showing on login page
  • Updated helper text for Partner Sign-up process

Improving Member Adoption

We are working with Members to understand usage and how to improve.   TSANet has started a series of regional training sessions for your engineers to train on TSANet Connect.
