Today’s global health crisis is changing the way our Members deliver support. Clients and tech support teams are being challenged to adopt to a remote world for an extended period of time. We want to ensure that tech support organizations are prepared to keep their clients’ businesses running as smooth as possible.

Aug 3rd: Australia Focus Group Meeting Agenda
The following meeting topics were discussed:
- TSANet Connect update – The latest status of TSANet Connect including new features and future plans
- TSANet Strategy Workshop – The team created a SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats) list as input to the strategy. All regional focus groups will provide similar feedback as part of the new TSANet 2023 strategy creation.
