The scope for the Fall Release has been set and development has started. Beta will start Oct 1st and the final release will be available on Oct 27th. The Fall release will include enhancements to both the Member Web and Case Exchange.

TSANet recently participated in the creation of an open customer metrics framework that promises to change the way we think about customer support. Working with the team at Klever and 12 other companies the team put together the first version of this framework.

Every year our Open Group members get an email about TSANet Board of Director nominations and voting. Yet many probably know little about what the Board does for TSANet. At the core of the organization is the fact that we are a Not-For-Profit organization. Our Bylaws are written to allow our members to elect a Board of eleven members. Our Board of Directors is a dedicated group of individuals that meet via teleconference on a monthly basis and face-to-face three times per year to address TSANet business.

TSANet hosted a workshop from March 9th - 10th, 2016 at the HP Enterprise location in Ratingen, Germany. This was the third workshop TSANet held in Europe around relevant topics of “How to enable Customer Success with tomorrow’s Tech Support Technologies.”
