Cisco hosted the May 2024 TSANet North America regional focus group meeting at its campus in Morrisville, NC. The meeting’s theme was best practices in AI and top use cases for support. An update on the new TSANet Connect 2.0, including a Demo of the new WebApp and Salesforce Package, was also provided.

David White from Cisco, Jennifer Lowry from Microsoft, and Mandy Elliott from Red Hat presented their initiatives for AI in support and shared best practices. Later, the group discussed the next steps for AI and how TSANet should continue to facilitate information sharing. Session recordings are below:

Next TSANet North American Focus Group Meeting
The next meeting is planned for October 29th in the Bay Area. It will focus on Technology Partnerships and include best practices for both Technology Alliance programs and Strategic Partnerships.
