The 9th online meeting with the Japan Focus Group was on June 14, 2023.  Paul Esch from TSANet met online with IBM, Fujitsu, Hitachi, Lenovo, NetApp, Dell, Red Hat, HPE, Nutanix, VMware, Microsoft, Cisco, and Citrix to gather input for the current state of TSANet and discuss TSANet strategy and plans.

Topics discussed:

• TSANet 2023 plan review, including an update to TSANet Connect
• Update on the new “Critical Escalations” process
• Discussion on “Technical Question” pilot for Japan
• Next Meeting plans and topics

Paul provided an update to the plans for 2023 that included an update on Knowledge Exchange and TSANet Connect.  The team also discussed the plans for a Pilot for Japan where they can ask “Technical Questions” and have joint customer collaborations in local language.   The team then agreed on a date for the next meeting and topics to discuss.
