Comprehensive Legal Framework

Utilize a standard legal framework created by many of the industry’s largest companies.  All members use a standard Code of Conduct which contains the required legal language including confidentiality. ​

Members may also build on the framework to customize relationships to meet their specific needs. This proven 25 year framework enables members to quickly establish relationships and operate on a common legal platform.

Membership Levels

Elite, Premium and Standard Membership levels provide relationships with more than a 100 Members.  Limited Members are invited to a relationship by an Elite Member.

ISO27001 / ISO27701 Certification

ISO27701 and ISO27701 are globally recognized standards mandating processes and controls for the establishment, maintenance, and certification of information security management systems (ISMS) and privacy information management systems (PIMS).
