Microsoft hosted a workshop on May 15th, 2019 at the Microsoft facility in Bellevue, Washington. TSANet Members including Actian, Dell EMC, Cisco, Citrix, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, IBM, Microsoft, NetApp, Red Hat, Nutanix, VMware and others met to discuss the following topics:
- TSANet Connect Update
- TSANet Connect Feedback from Phase-1 Members
- Best Practice Sharing – Microsoft Azure Support, Microsoft Customer Experience Framework
- Workshop – Multi Vendor Support in the Cloud
During the workshop Microsoft shared their best practices for supporting Azure and how they are transforming their support organization with a new Customer Experience Framework. Microsoft and Red Hat also shared how they are working together to deliver integrated support to Azure Customers.
The feedback from the event was very positive, all participants were impressed by the knowledge and openness of the speakers, the inspiring discussions and the great location and hospitality from the Microsoft team.
The next Face to Face meeting will be on Oct 2nd, 2019 at VMware in Palo Alto, CA
