Microsoft hosted the TSANet EMEA Focus Group Meeting on April 23- 24, 2024 in Amsterdam, NL

Rainer Zielonka, representing TSANet, convened with industry leaders including NetApp, Veritas, Software AG, IBM, Microsoft, F5 Networks, Dell, Lenovo, Nutanix, Atlassian, AWS, HPE, and Bacula Systems to explore AI’s impact on the future of technical support.
