Diversity in technical support is not just about fulfilling a social responsibility; it’s a strategic advantage that leads to better problem-solving, enhanced customer service, a stronger team, and a more attractive company.
The second in-person TSANet India Focus Group meeting this year was hosted by Nutanix in Bangalore, India. Rainer Zielonka, from TSANet, and Abhinav Bhargava, from Nutanix, met with representatives from F5 Networks, Cisco, Red Hat, Zoho corp, eG Innovations, Nutanix, VMware, UiPath, Veritas, Cloud Software and NetApp to discuss trends in technical support, best practices, and more.

Rainer thanked Abhinav and the Nutanix team for hosting the event at their excellent location in Bangalore. He also thanked Dipu Das (VP Worldwide Support, Nutanix) for his keynote speech about trends in technical support. Special appreciation was extended to Sankalp Saxena (SVP, MD Nutanix) and Shanuj Sherief (Sr. Manager WW Support, Nutanix) for sharing their experiences on diversity.
Particularly noteworthy was the personal participation of Paul Esch, President of TSANet, who provided detailed insights into the strategic direction of TSANet. He also dedicated ample time to roundtable discussions with engineers.
Participants provided very positive feedback, expressing their impressions of the timeliness of the topics, the knowledge and openness of the speakers, and the inspiring discussions during the sessions. There was unanimous agreement that in-person meetings are highly effective and focused, and networking is invaluable.
