Nutanix hosted the North America focus group on Oct 29th in San Jose. The meeting focused on sharing best practices for Technology Partnerships and included both Support and Alliance Partner leaders. The group also had a series of workshops to define the future of Technology Partnerships and how TSANet could contribute.
The Technology Partner Framework
TSANet organizes Technology Partners into the three segments below. Panel discussions and workshops looked at Alliance and Strategic Partners.
Alliance Partners
Alliance Partner programs are designed to scale and bring many technology vendors under a common framework. Many TSANet members use TSANet for the collaborative support process that provides a consistent method for compatibility issues found during the support process.
The team shared best practices and provided feedback on how TSANet could provide further value specifically to Alliance Managers who are responsible for these programs.
Strategic Partners
With the introduction of TSANet Connect 2.0, strategic partners are now supported. The team shared best practices for strategic partnerships and what the unique requirements are for success.
The team then provided feedback on areas where TSANet could do more to support strategic relationships.
TSANet will take this input into the 2025 planning process.
