TSANet (Technical Support Alliance Network), the industry’s largest vendor neutral support alliance, has appointed Michelle Huenink, Senior Program Manager of Customer Service & Support at Microsoft, to the TSANet Board of Directors.
“TSANet focuses on the most important thing – the customer – by being a critical enabler of cross-vendor partnerships. I am honored to be a part of this global support alliance that changes the way we work together,” said Michelle.
“Microsoft has a long history of leadership in the TSANet organization. Michelle brings some much-needed skill sets to the Board of Directors and I’m looking forward to working with her,” said Dennis Smeltzer, TSANet President.
Michelle Huenink is a passionate leader in the global Customer Support and Services organization (CSS) at Microsoft, reporting to Aileen Allkins, CVP. Michelle is a Senior Program Manager responsible for driving Microsoft’s customer recovery strategies. Michelle partners with leaders across the company to implement effective programs that drive improvements to the overall customer experience. Most recently, she launched a global employee empowerment program focused on driving a customer advocate culture across Microsoft which has been recognized as a best practice and adopted worldwide. Michelle has been with Microsoft for 15 years, all in roles that anchor around the customer. With 20 years in the technology field, Michelle has extensive experience in strategy, customer experience, business engagement, sales and marketing.
Michelle joins the existing board members: René Karel (VMware), Doug Jones (NetApp), Jim West (Citrix Systems), Jim Rubish (IBM), Richard Long (Actian Corporation), Charlotte Post (Cisco Systems), Kenny Loo (Dell EMC), Uwe Schaefer (Hewlett-Packard Enterprise), Deepak Chawla (Nutanix) and Sandra Falzarano (Red Hat).
