The TSANet Microsoft Dynamics Connector is now available for members. As part of the new TSANet Connect 2.0 system, TSANet members can use the new WebApp or integrate TSANet Connect with their systems.
Connector Overview
The Microsoft Dynamics Connector is based on a Power App and Microsoft Dynamics UI Solution. It includes customizations that are installed as a solution in the Members Dynamics Environment. This provides a consistent collaboration experience with all 900+ Members from within the Microsoft Dynamics Case record.
