The third version of TSANet Connect is now live! We are also in the process of migrating the third group of Members and usage is increasing. This release provides improvements to all areas of the system.
Features and Improvements
Improvements to this release include:
- Administrators can now view all of their Internal Notes under the Company Profile
- A new feature was added that allows members to send a test case to themselves (feature is located on the process form)
- Created a new process form type for Solution Support
- Made improvements to the process of creating new users
- Made improvements to the search functionality for the site
- Added escalation information to the details view of cases
- Improved the text editor functionality for the site
- Fixed an issue with the Partner Program sign up
- Made improvements to the admin interface for TSANet Staff

Migrating Members
