If there’s one thing that the pandemic has made clear to those of us in the support industry, it’s the importance of resilience in our operations. As customer expectations have been growing significantly, so support organizations have to adapt to challenges while trying to scale to meet their customers’ needs. As business comes surging back, management teams are responsible for leading their organizations through fast-moving changes.

Rainer Zielonka from TSANet met online with Nutanix, VMware, Netapp, Red Hat, Broadcom, and Citrix to discuss the most pressing topics of the current situation.
Following topics were discussed:
- TSANet Strategy 2023+: TSANet’s strategy which was created from the SWOT analysis was presented and discussed.
- Best practices session: Company strategies for getting back to the office. Attendees shared plans of their companies and pointed out that most employees appreciate the benefits of working from home and that a hybrid working model will become the new normal.
The feedback from the participants was very positive. All participants were impressed by the actuality of the topics, the knowledge and openness of the speakers and the inspiring discussions during the workshop.
The next online meeting will be in Q1/2022
