The TSANet North America Focus Group will meet online on May 11th. For this meeting we have partnered with the Association of Support Professionals to bring a discussion panel to talk about best practices for Support Websites. The Full agenda is below:

- 11am – Noon: TSANet update and Q&A (Includes TSANet Connect)
- Noon – 1:00pm: Discussion Panel “ASP Best Support Website Insights”: Panelists (Nutanix, NetApp, Red Hat, Françoise Tourniaire)
- 1:00pm – 1:30pm: North America focus group future meeting discussion (Q&A and feedback on future meetings)
