The strategy is designed to address the core requirements of our members. These requirements can be summarized into 3 areas: Continue to add more members, Improve how members collaborate, Add more value for members. Ted Williams, Support Programs Manager, Partnerships at Red Hat, has provided some best practices on how to communicate the value of TSANet to both partners and customers. Red Hat has been a member of TSANet and on the Board of Directors since 2005.

Per the TSANet Bylaws, members are to be notified of any changes to the TSANet pricing policy. The Board of Directors has approved an addition to current Custom Group pricing allowing the host to pay for individual members’ dues. The policy as adopted is below. There are no other changes to member dues pricing.

TSANet will be conducting webinars to show members the new Member Web Collaboration Interface and latest features, and demo the TSANet collaboration portal and the new wizard to assist members in creating their engagement process documents. There will also be one webinar on TSANet Introduction to give existing and new members a better understanding of how to utilize our services within their company.

TSANet (Technical Support Alliance Network), the industry’s largest vendor-neutral support alliance, announced today that Parallels has upgraded their membership in TSANet to Global Premium. Global Premium is the highest membership category and includes a global, mission critical relationship with Cisco, Dell, Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft and many others.

One of the elements of the strategy is a redesign of the member web with improved user experience and features. The first phase of this work has been completed and is now available for members to review and give feedback.
