One of the enhancements added to the member web in 2015 was the ability to post Internal Notes. This is a powerful feature that can help streamline your users experience. The Internal Note is a very quick way for you to let your support staff know something about that area or specific page in the TSANet database.

Every year our Open Group members get an email about TSANet Board of Director nominations and voting. Yet many probably know little about what the Board does for TSANet. At the core of the organization is the fact that we are a Not-For-Profit organization. Our Bylaws are written to allow our members to elect a Board of eleven members. Our Board of Directors is a dedicated group of individuals that meet via teleconference on a monthly basis and face-to-face three times per year to address TSANet business.
