Each year TSANet holds annual elections for the Board of Directors. Per our Bylaws, this year, three of the eleven seats are available. Board members are elected for three-year terms. For existing Board members whose terms are expiring, they must submit a candidate for the election process. Only Global Premium Members are eligible to run for a Board seat.
The TSANet Board is responsible for running the business of TSANet. Board powers and qualifications are described in the TSANet Bylaws. A copy of the TSANet Bylaws is available in the Member resources section of the TSANet website. Nominations will be open until March 31, 2022.
To submit your name as a candidate, a bio/resume along with a picture should be sent to dennis@tsanet.org. Your information will be submitted to the membership on April 1, 2022. The election process will begin on April 1 and end on April 15, 2022. Each Open Group member has designated a voting contact. This contact will cast a single ballot from the candidates nominated. The top five candidates will be elected to the board for a three-year term.
