TSANet appoints new board member from Dell Technologies – Frank Cassell

TSANet (Technology Support Alliance Network), the industry’s largest vendor-neutral support alliance, has appointed Frank Cassell, VP of Customer Incident Management at Dell Technologies, to its Board of Directors.

Frank Cassell is the VP of Global Customer Incident Management at Dell Technologies. He is a seasoned professional specializing in customer success and sales enablement, focusing on global cloud and on-premises IT clients. Frank has enhanced customer availability by utilizing data from CSAT and NPS, along with RPA technologies, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and operational efficiency. He adopts a proactive approach, meeting regularly with C-level customers, partners, and sales executives to identify areas for improvement and aims to prevent escalations.  Frank holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in High Technology Management from Northeastern University.
