TSANet (Technology Support Alliance Network), the industry’s largest vendor-neutral support alliance, has appointed Shawn McDonald, Strategic Go-To-Market Business Development Leader, Google Cloud Partner Ecosystem, at Google to the TSANet Board of Directors.

Shawn McDonald is the Strategic Go-To-Market Business Development Leader for the Google Cloud Partner Ecosystem at Google. He is an innovative business development executive with expertise in strategic planning, solution sales, emerging technologies, cloud computing, web applications, enterprise software, solution development, analytics, SaaS, and open-source business models.
In his previous role as Senior Director of Business Development at Tanium, he successfully led and managed cloud partnerships with AWS, GCP, Azure, and OCI, driving product integration, launching marketplaces, and executing co-marketing efforts. Shawn developed a highly effective OEM partnership with Google Chronicle, leading to five marquee account wins and a $40M ACV pipeline within just two quarters. He built a robust portfolio of go-to-market partnerships with ISVs such as Wiz, BigID, and ServiceNow, which facilitated access to new markets. Additionally, Shawn contributed to the Salesforce joint product initiative, launching the IT Service Center, and assessed key strategic partnerships to support executive decision-making and foster business growth.
Other notable achievements include leading the development of Hitachi Vantara’s cloud and analytics partnership strategies, driving both internal transformation and external alliances, and building Enterprise Virtualization and Storage practices alongside a Senior Sales Director, growing both to achieve an annual run rate of over $60 million in revenue at Technology Integration Group.
