During the 1st week of October, IBM hosted a series of meetings designed to discuss the future of TSANet. This was an opportunity for Members and different stakeholders to provide feedback on the New Member Web that will be launched in 2019.
Technology Committee Meeting
The Technology Committee works to guide the direction of future technology investments used for Member to Member collaboration. During 2018 this team worked to define the requirements for the next generation of the Member Web and Case Exchange. The following topics were discussed at this meeting:
- Feedback on the new Member Web
- Discussion on customization and integration strategy for the new system
- Setting priorities and features for 2019
North America Focus Group Meeting
The North America Focus group is one of the regional groups that are in place to provide feedback on various aspects of TSANet and to provide a platform for sharing best practices. The following topics were discussed at the meeting:
- Feedback on the new Member Web
- Discussion on the admin features needed
- Discussion on the changes planned for Partner Groups
Board of Directors Meeting
As a Member driven organization, the Board of Directors provides the guidance and approval of future plans. The board reviewed the feedback from the previous days meetings and provided guidance in the following areas:
- Approved priorities and draft budget for 2019
- Approved the systems roadmap for 2019
- Provided input for migrating members to the new system
