At the core of TSANet value, is the ability for members to engage and collaborate with other members. The exact method(s) for this collaboration can vary from member to member and are defined in the TSANet Contact Document. At TSANet, we strive not to dictate to members “how” that collaboration occurs. However, there are some common best practices that we’ve found over the years that make the collaboration experience as effective and productive as possible.

One of the enhancements added to the member web in 2015 was the ability to post Internal Notes. This is a powerful feature that can help streamline your users experience. The Internal Note is a very quick way for you to let your support staff know something about that area or specific page in the TSANet database.

TSANet is now sending personalized insights and actions reports that help members maximize the benefits of TSANet membership. These reports contain information on the member’s usage of TSANet and specific actions that can be taken to improve multi vendor support.

TSANet has completed development on several new features and has opened Beta for all members. The beta for the Fall Release will continue through September with a final release planned in October. This blog highlights the new features and methods for members to participate.

The Summer 2015 release went live on June 3rd and provides several improvements to Case Exchange. In addition to CRM connectors for Salesforce, NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics members can now use the solution from the Member web. This provides members without a supported CRM system a method to use the Case Exchange feature.
